Malabar Fish Curry with Dry Goosberry

Preparation:

Marinate fish with chilli powder, turmeric and salt for 10 minutes. Fry red chilly, dry gooseberry, coriander, tamarind, pepper, fenugreek and grind this to fine powder. Place pan on flame add marinated fish and sauté for 1 minute. Also add ginger, garlic, small onions. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Lastly add coconut oil, curry leaves and salt accordingly. Cook for 5 minutes. Malabar fish curry with dry gooseberry is ready to serve.
